Google announced expanding contacts available to Gmail users list, it includes the email addresses of your existing contacts, as well as people on the Google+. As a result, a person can send an email directly to friends and strangers who are using Google+.
Google is increasingly trying to integrate their Google+, which has 540 million active users, with other services. When users sign up for Gmail, the company's Web e- mail service automatically given a Google+ account. Google feature will make it easier for people who use both services to communicate with their friends.
Google says that users who do not want to receive e-mails from other people's Google+ go to the settings so that they receive messages only from people they have added to their networks of friends or none at all.
Google has feature "opt -in" , which means that users must be explicitly agree to receive emails from other Google+ users, but not required , to change the settings manually.
